RFID Based Laser Marking Machine

Our system goes beyond RFID-based program selection—RFID identification also triggers automatic focal distance adjustment (Auto Z / Auto Height), ensuring the correct focus is achieved without any manual intervention. This guarantees consistent marking quality even when multiple part variants with different heights are processed on the same line.

During our FMEA study, we identified that traditional binary-based recipe selection (switch settings / DIP / manual bit selection) introduces a higher risk of human error and mis-selection. To eliminate this risk, SLA has implemented RFID-driven recipe and focus control, providing a safer, more reliable, and fully traceable method for automated production.
